Love this place! Very relaxing and friendly environment. I never done Yoga and recently started it, never knew I would like Yoga but this place made me love Yoga from the very first time. Once you enter the room you feel so welcomed. Their practices are perfect for everyone and usually they have different options so everyone can follow. At the end of practice you feel the difference in your body and mind. Highly recommend this place! Your mind and body needs some “me” time.
What I like the most of PM yoga classes it’s that is yoga for all levels. The teachers give alternatives on all poses for us to choose from and get the same benefit of each pose. We can choose which one will fit our level better or our energy level every day. All teachers are excellent.
I felt very unsure what getting myself in to yoga would be like. By the second class that all went away, I cannot compare them to any other studio however the teachers and the students made me feel welcome, thank all of you and look forward to learning with all of you ❤.
