All it took was one massage to get me hooked. Heather did such a great job of getting to know me and my needs, and even made suggestions based on my issues. I have been going to her for months now, and I get the deep tissue massage with cupping. I’d recommend her to anyone! When you book deep tissue, be prepared for deep tissue lol she always finds the problem spots and is truly a miracle worker for the amount of relief I’ve gotten from these massages/cupping!
While it was not my first massage with April, this one wasn’t due to injury. I went for a 90 minute massage for my birthday - it was relaxation focused but with deep pressure. April did a phenomenal job. I was able to sleep in the next day, and with one more day of rest I honestly feel like I did 10 years ago. My energy levels are up, I’ve been able to tackle a project a I have been stuck on, and I didn’t need a nap after work. If I had known a this much of a nervous system reset was possible I would have done it much earlier! I’ll definitely be back!
April did a fantastic job. The pain in my neck and shoulder is much better. The facility is very clean and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I'll definitely be back again.
