I don’t even have the words to express how great this service was. I’ve worked with several cleaning companies over the years, though I haven’t used one regularly for the past couple of years, and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had.
Lixandra and her co-worker (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall — I’m so sorry!) were both phenomenal. Baseboards, windows, stair risers, and all the little nooks and crannies were given real attention and care.

They did a deep clean for me....a great job! They had me check everything to see if they had missed anything and they immediately did it. I will be having them back every 4 weeks. You can't go wrong with Scrub Lou.?

We had a great experience with Scrub Lou. The house looks amazing and the attention to detail really stood out. They listened to concerns I had from past cleaning companies and made sure to prioritize the areas that mattered most to me. I also really appreciate that we will have the same cleaner for our recurring service, which was important to us. Karen did a wonderful job and we are very happy with the service.
