This was my first time getting a facial so I was a bit nervous but Arielle made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The vibe of the room was very calming and she was very knowledgeable on the processes and products. She took time to explain things to me and gave me customized recommendations for my skin type and what worked best for me. I was able to truly relax and have a little me time, we all need it!
