Came to Refinery Lounge after a bad haircut from another salon. Audrey was fantastic! She updated my cut and made it super easy for me to do myself everyday. I have received a ton of compliments and I make sure to tell them to go to Refinery Lounge!! Thank you Audrey!

Megan has saved my hair life! And before anyone passes this up, listen. My hair was FRIED when I went to her. Well let me say, my fiancée called and wanted to surprise me and she helped him all the way and made it happen. So, I came in with the expectation that I'd be chopping my hair off because it was THAT BAD. She looked at me and said, no we don't need to do that. She did more than cut my hair, but comforted ne, made me feel heard, understood, and appreciated. She gave my hair life and gave me my confidence back. I am so pleased. Gabby does my hair & I love it! She takes her time & asks all the right questions so she knows exactly what you want. The salon is super cool too. I'm happy that I have found the perfect place & stylist.
