Originally gave a 1 star. They billed us for a test they never performed then threatened us for non payment. Spent 3 months proving to them we never had this test done nor are we required to have it. The owner finally reached out and apologized and explained how it happened and resolved the issue. Very professionally handled. Thank you.

Excellent Company with an excellent staff! Especially Ben Waldo! Ben came out to my building to service our systems and was an absolute Pro at what he did for us! Thank you RYAN for sending out one of the most professional and courteous techs I've met in a long time. Ben deserves a raise! Hard worker and super sharp!
