I have been here for 5 visits now. I consistently go biweekly and I have used 2 technicians. I have a good experience each time. My nails are beautiful each time I leave. I LOVE the different color selections. I appreciate they explain the total costs when you are paying, even though it's clearly listed online. I LOVE that I can make my appointments online, even cancel if it's soon enough.
Very attentive staff. I never have to wait but a minute and I always feel awesome when I leave.
Requested style: Vouch was the name of the pedicure, lavender scent, sugar scrub and lotion up to my knees.
Cleanliness: The shop is very clean.
Lovely work. Lovely people. I was very happy with the service and extremely happy with the shape of my nails and the time taken to get them where I want them to be. I would definitely go back.
