Spencer responded to my inquiry immediately, was at my home for a consultation the next day, offered a really thorough explanation of what he thought needed to be done (which was less intensive and expensive than what we had inquired about), and got back to me with a quote in just a few days. I am incredibly appreciative of Spencer and his team. Not only did Spencer get me a quote fast, but he was able to get his crew over to my house the very next day. I was on a very short time table with some repairs that needed to be done on my house to complete a sale and he was quick, informative, and so nice! There was a repair that I had requested that didn’t need to be done once he took a look at it. Instead of repairing it anyway, he discussed his findings with me. I am grateful that they were honest with me and will continue to use them for future repairs on my next home.
