The worst communication from a company I've ever seen. During insurance inspection their employee was supposed to be there. No showed, then answered no calls. Following this I spoke to the "Owner" and complained who said he would get his best guy on it. Jay. After months of back and forth with no meaningful action and just wasted time we have canceled the contract with them and are moving on to find a better company who will actually do as they say.
The company also last spoke with us on 9/25/2025 and just reached out today on 1/15/2026 to say they yet again dropped the ball. Which is what promoted this review as I totally forgot all about them due to the communication being so bad.

I called on Saturday afternoon after finding shingles in my yard. Travis came out the same day. He confirmed wind and hail damage. While waiting for the adjuster I noticed a leak. Again, Travis came out the same day to protect from further damage. He also met with my adjuster and I was quickly scheduled for roof replacement. The install crew was quick and cleaned up better than I had expected. Love my roof. I highly recommend!

Needed a gutter repaired and after David Tanner came out and gave me an estimate on the repair or a complete replacement I opted to go ahead and replace them all as he gave me a good quote. This young man really went above and beyond in resolving a few issues and the crew that showed up to do the job worked harder than any crew I've ever seen. Great price, quality work, and customer service is really next level.

We initially called the Roof Guys for a small roof repair and ended up getting a new roof and siding (for the entire house) thru our insurance). Communication was GREAT throughout the entire process. We had a couple small hiccups, but they were quick to address them (even on a Sunday)! Highly Recommended!

Jay and his team were absolutely wonderful. They helped us on a weekend and fixed our roof leak the same day. Very polite and kept me in the loop throughout the process. We can't say enough great things about Jay and his team! As new homeowners, we've unfortunately encountered several issues due to a poor home build — the latest being a roof leak that caused water to collect in the siding of our covered front porch, eventually tripping a breaker inside the house. It was a stressful situation, but Jay and his team were there for us when we needed them most.
Not only did they answer our call late on a Friday evening, but they also showed up on time Saturday morning, ready to help. Throughout the entire process, Jay kept in constant communication, which we truly appreciated.
