I had 2 units cleaned and inspected. I requested a cleaning solution be used and debris removed. A slight surcharge, but reasonable. I had another well known company come out earlier but service technician wouldn't remove the cover for a proper cleaning. The other company also said my Freon was 2.5 lbs low. Robbins technician said it was good. Other company said my fan motor was overheating based on a thermal measurement. Robbins technician tested the actual voltage and it was fine. I feel like this is an HVAC company that can be Trusted.
We can't say enough good things about Robbins Heating and Air. Ours is a decades long relationship and they are quick to respond, reliable, do great work...what more could you ask for. We are so grateful for Robbins.
The only reason for the 4 is that I had an appointment at 10am, no one showed up by 11:15 so I gave Robbin's a call. They told me the technician got stuck on his first job and they would find out an ETA and let me know. I called back at 12 because I never received a call and they said the technician was still on his first job. I asked to reschedule and was put on hold. I was very frustrated because my time was not valued. I understand the technician getting stuck on a job and had no issues with that, it was the lack of communication that upset me.
