Contracted them to move a car from VA to KY. Was given one price online, another when they called and a third higher price when they finalized booking. Day of pick up they text us at 9 in the morning and told us the driver would be there in two to three hours, 5 hours later we called and they more or less told us it’s not their problem and gave us the contracted drivers number. He never answered call or texts, but did show up after 630pm. After speaking with Erik and getting a quote that was much higher than other companies he told me “thanks for wasting my time”

Not sure what sort of business model that is but it doesn’t work for me.

The bad reviews are true and appears there’s been no improvement the past few years to make shipping more smooth. We ordered furniture December 1st, exactly one month ago. We paid extra shipping fees to have it expedited and it was supposed to be delivered no later than December 27th. So far it’s 5 days late (on top of it already getting picked up late). Every day we call and are told “it’ll ship tonight”. Guess what?? Still don’t have it, still getting the same excuses.
