I had an awful experience with communication and delivery scheduling between Lowes and the scheduling with Roadrunner transportation. The delivery was rescheduled multiple times, and the main corporate customer service was unresponsive. However, once the package arrived at the Louisville hub location, customer service representative Debbie Hunnicutt responded that day and was able to get a driver to deliver it to me that same day and was extremely kind, understanding, and helpful. I truly appreciate her willingness to help and understand my frustration. Roadrunner corporate was extremely frustrating, but Debbie deserves 5 stars for her help! Contracted them to move a car from VA to KY. Was given one price online, another when they called and a third higher price when they finalized booking. Day of pick up they text us at 9 in the morning and told us the driver would be there in two to three hours, 5 hours later we called and they more or less told us it’s not their problem and gave us the contracted drivers number. He never answered call or texts, but did show up after 630pm. After speaking with Erik and getting a quote that was much higher than other companies he told me “thanks for wasting my time”

Not sure what sort of business model that is but it doesn’t work for me.
