I had River city repair and ultimately replaced my roof on a third story building. They were very professional, proficient and it was done in a day. The pricing was fair and the work was exceptional. Highly recommend. Communicate communicated effectively through the entire process. I had gotten many estimates and I feel like I made a great choice

In January 2023, I requested an estimate from John Bell, the owner of the company, for Hardie board installation in connection with an insurance claim. I provided him with a deposit to initiate the project. However, after receiving multiple excuses and a year later, I requested the return of my deposit. John provided evasive responses, and upon finally receiving my deposit in November 2024, he shorted me. Consequently, I was forced to cover the remaining expenses myself. I would not recommend this company. I have several emails and text messages from him stating that he was contacting my insurance company, which never happened, and extended the project to the point where my insurance was almost not going to cover my house. I feel he took advantage of a single mother. I strongly advise you to consider more reputable companies to ensure a professional and satisfactory outcome. I had no issues with my insurance and the company that ultimately completed my house.

John and his crew were awesome to work with. From working with our insurance company to final cleanup they kept us in the loop every step of the way. Any time we had a question he responded to us very quickly. Everyone who was at our house was very personable and respectful. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience with this company! During Helene we had 70mph winds and a branch went through my roof, and the ceiling was caving in on my guest room. John was very knowledgeable and assisted me with my insurance claim, and I got a new roof. It looks amazing! His team was very professional. I highly recommend!
