My air was out when crew was putting my floor in. They never stopped or complained and my floors are beautiful.i was very happy with price also.I don’t think the price or installation can be beat by anyone NICE FLOORS ARE THE BEST!

If you’re looking for someone to handle your flooring project, Andrew is your guy. Communication was easy, and the entire process was seamless. Ordered the Titan Retro Plank WPC Red Oak from Nice Floors for the whole house and had a great experience. Their price beat everyone else I looked at, shipping was fast, and customer service was responsive and helpful. Product arrived in perfect condition. Installed it with the help of a professional and it went down without a hitch. Floors look great. Will definitely be ordering from Nice Floors again.

We've used River City Flooring for a few years now on several projects in our home and they have always done excellent work. More recently, we ran into an issue where the manufacturer denied repairs on flooring that had a lifetime warranty. Chris did not hesitate to help us out and came up with a solution that was above and beyond what I would have expected. I would highly suggest working with the lovely folks at Nice Floors!

Had a great experience with Nice Floors from start to finish. Their prices blew the local flooring stores away and delivery was within the time frame quoted. We are in South Carolina so are having someone else install but I would 100% recommend them on price, delivery time and nice, helpful sales people!

Whe trying to find a stock of Dogwood Pro after a previous company failed to deliver, I reached out and the company found the floor, provided good pricing and communicated well throughout the process. I live in NC and was a bit nervous about ordering from an out of state flooring store. I did speak with Chris (owner) and I felt more at ease.
