We cannot thank Rattermans Funeral Home enough for the extraordinary care and support they provided during the loss of our father. From the very beginning, Dan and Janet went above and beyond to help us create meaningful memories we didn’t even realize we wanted. They guided us in making keepsakes that we will treasure forever. The personal touches they provided were incredible. They showed so much grace and understanding as we said our final goodbyes, and they kindly allowed us to pick up all the flowers, photos, and other mementos the next day so we could spend meaningful time with our out-of-town family. It is an overwhelming task to go through the visitation but Ratterman Funeral home did an outstanding job. They understood our stressful situation and quietly serve our unexpected needs.
The staff at Ratterman Brothers East are very caring and kind. They took care of everything. They welcomed the Thearpy dogs from Wags and their handlers. This was so important. Jim was a member of Wags and it was so important to him.
