From the very beginning at the time of pickup, to the first meeting at the funeral home, to the funeral and burial - there was never a moment we felt alone and we knew everything was in good hands. The touch-base communications long after the burial and ongoing support really make a person feel valued and appreciated. I cannot begin to tell you how kind, professional, and knowledgeable Janet was in guiding us after the sudden passing of our father. All the staff were phenomenal. The facilities are top notch, warm, inviting, familiar and comforting. This facility is a tradition for the Haeberlin's and our extended family. She helped pull up what arrangements were made for past family members to help us decide and provided great follow up support throughout and after the funeral.
