I like others had some issues with them, but it wasn’t necessarily them. It was the home warranty company they contract with. My main issue was that when I called to make sure the parts were in (supposed to be a Wednesday and I called on Friday to give a bit of a buffer) I was told that I was on the calendar that day. I was baffled as to why I would be scheduled when I haven’t scheduled anything and then there was the answer—the freaking home warranty company (HSA) scheduled the appointment and must have represented to PP that I was good for that particular day and time. I have had them fix several plumbing problems over the past few years. They always provide prompt, professional, friendly service at a reasonable price. Most recently they replaced my hot water heater. Highly recommend for any plumbing problems!
