Popular level planet fitness is right above five stars for me. It's not just the equipment it's the staff it's the people at the desk it's the regulars it's an open place you're not on top of each other there's enough room but really it's just the stats how they interact with us I came close enough I feel that I would say those are my planet fitness family and that's really how I feel from everyone that works up there even the cleaning lady her and I have a conversation in the bathroom you can't lose their one for your health two for your mind three for the friendliness. Every time I try to use this gym they are closed. The website and app both say 24hrs.

The only reason im giving this location 1 star until something changes, the Sunday morning crew is terrible. More than half the paper towel dispensers are empty, the restroom is absolutely disgusting. The works do not greet they are literally glued to their phone. This is one of my favorite locations except on Sundays.

Night shift crew seems more interested in talking and bullshitting than doing their job. Two times didn’t set the tanning bed and the lights in the parking lot don’t work. Not very safe as it is very dark. This is the poplar level gym. I have had a good experience at Dixie hwy and polar is no comparison
