Second year in a row we have used Pegasus for our bourbon tours. They make the entire process from start to finish so easy. Their customer service is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We used Pegasus for transportation during FarrLaw’s annual retreat in Louisville, Kentucky, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our group was chartered from the airport to Hotel Distil, and everything went smoothly. Pegasus also took us to and from other events.
The drivers were on time, professional, courteous, and extremely helpful, which set a great tone for the weekend. The bus itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what you want after a flight and while traveling as a group.
