Had a great experience with the purchase of a new vehicle. William A. was our salesman and was great to work with. He made our buying process easy and was all around just a nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

We went there to check out some cars on our list unfortunately they didn't have most of the SUVs in stock, but if you're looking for a Tacoma truck, they had like 60 on the lot. We had a nice young gentleman help us look into the Tacoma, but ultimately we are going with another dealership that had stock .

We love our '23 Prius. The new look is sporty plus it has a smooth and quiet ride. Our salesperson, Dakota, is top shelf. He was knowledgable about all of Toyota's product, patient, listened-well, good sense of humor and not pushy. While the product sells itself having an intelligent sales person helps the decision to purchase much easier. Thank you Dakota- we'll be back when Toyota makes the Grand Highlander again for our next vehicle.

I want to give a shout out to Cory and Turtle. They went above and beyond to hook up my screen to my phone. Cudos. Jim T

Wife has taken her car there for routine oil change over the past 2 years. Twice now she gets home and the hood is not latched and the oil cap is off. Oil is all over the engine bay. Wouldn't recommend you let these people make any repairs on your car if they can't even remember to put the oil cap on and latch the hood.

Spent 2 weeks dealing with them. Purchased a car and they agreed to paint the hood. Went to pick up the car after the paint job was done and it was the worst paint job I've ever seen. We didn't take the car. They never apologized for the time they wasted of mine. They were rude and didn't care about how I was treated. Buyer beware and make sure you have everything in writing before you go here. I will never return!

Harrison Weise is a Intern for oxmore Toyota. A college student from the University of kentucky. He went the extra mile In everything he did during the purchase of my vehicle, and even afterwards. He told me he wasn't sure what he wanted to do after college but I guarantee you. It should be in sales or customer service. Because he's an excellent communicator. People like him are the reason that I would go back to oxmore Toyota tomorrow. I hope they appreciate this young man. If you're looking to purchase a new or used car, look this young man up.

A bunch of crooks. Oxmoor Toyota leased me a vehicle through Toyota Financial. At the end of the 3 year lease, a toad at Oxmoor wanted to charge me $700 to process my end-of-lease buyout! I sent a check to Toyota Financial and they processed the title for nothing.

Had a wonderful experience buying a car with salesman, Juan. He did not pressure me at all and provided excellent service. The whole experience was quick and positive. Ask for Juan if you are considering this car dealership.

Ugh. Hurry up and wait should be the motto. These guys do enough business in the service center you think they'd have it down to an art form. An oil change shouldn't take over an hour. It doesn't take me that long to do it in the driveway! (I was here for something else, just did oil for the convenience). Anyway, the past few times I've come (I'm a sucker for punishment, apparently) they've overlooked the part where I wrote in requested services. Why have that as an option if you're going to ignore it completely? I was going to drop like a thousand dollars, but if you're too incompetent to read the requests then that's on you. Think I'll take the 4Runner elsewhere next time. And, just as an onlooker, it seems like everyone has "upcoming maintenance" due. Seems unlikely, but majority of people don't work on their own cars, so they buy into it. For comparison, when my Suburban goes to Champion in LaGrange I have never been upsold once. Ever. Even when I turned down jobs on an older Tahoe, they agreed and sent me on my way! But hey, at least they have WiFi and the seats are pretty comfortable.
