I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Owen Funeral Home on Dixie Highway was so meaningful that I felt compelled to share it. My family first came to Owen in 2024 when my grandmother passed away, and the compassion we received then led me to return when my mother passed recently. This time, I worked with Melissa Roberson, and she was exceptional in every possible way. Melissa brought warmth, empathy, and professionalism from the very first conversation. She managed every detail with care and precision, followed through on every commitment, and made me feel supported and at ease throughout the entire process. She never treated this as a business transaction but as a personal partnership during a very difficult time. Her kindness, consistency, and calm presence made all the difference for my family. I am deeply grateful for Melissa and for everyone at Owen Funeral Home. They are a genuine partner to families during their most difficult moments.

If you absolutely have to lay someone to rest, this is the place. Kyle, Shannon, Bruce, Chris and even Mr. Owen himself made this tough process painless. 5 stars. Eat in kitchen also.
