Spots on drapes that I told them about were not removed so I had to take them back. Should have been marked with red tape when I dropped them off but wasn't. Had to make 2 trips.

I have used Nu-Yale for several years. Very convenient with friendly service. Turn around time is better than most. Prices for shirts have continued to climb and recently got 4 dres shirts done for $17. I bit steep for regular dress shirts.
