I was referred to NOM for a follow-up for a work injury. I called in the morning, pressed 6 to get an appt, got a msg to leave name and number, and they'd call back as soon as possible. That afternoon, around 2, I hadn't heard back, so I called again and went thru the same process. I never did hear back from them. Luckily I was advised to go to a place more reliable because 6 days later, they've never returned my call!

I was told by another Norton Occupational Medicine facility to go here because the other locations had a minimum wait of 2hrs. When I arrived, the only physician working had left. This was at 1pm. So ended waiting at the original location for 3hrs.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I expiereneced my first dog bite and was referred to Dr. Schultz from Urgent Care. He's fantastic with a wonderful bedside manner. Him and his team have been nothing but kind and informative. Highly recommend!
