This place was a complete joke and they price gouge. Went in to be seen for a fever. receptionist was ruder than I don't know what. I get seen about 45 minutes later. They tell me I have Covid and to go home and take Tylenol. Three weeks later I get a $1,000 bill, $500 of which I was charged for a Covid test. I called my insurance company and they were even shocked and reported them for price gouging. Unless you want to be in debt, avoid this place at all costs

This is our go to place when we have a sick kiddo. We came here on New Years Day at around 2 pm. Our two year old was being treated for at UTI. While the wait was about 4 hours and the waiting room was packed, the staff worked to make our daughter as comfortable as possible. The lady in triage, I think her name was Keisha, was so kind to our daughter. We were feeding our daughter lots of pedialyte to get her to go and test her urine. Unfortunately, she peed through her diaper and clothes twice. We didn't have two pairs of spare pants in the diaper bag, the lady in triage got us a size 7 diaper they had on hand and some mesh xray shorts so our daughter didn't have to sit in soiled pants or none at all on a cold evening. The larger diaper helped keep her dry while we were giving her lots of fluids. The female nurse practitioner was so pleasant and patient as she answered our questions about our daughter's care. While I know they were super busy, I didn't feel like she was rushing us or anything.I expected a bit of a wait due to the holiday, but I didn't expect how amazing and compassionate the staff were there. As the wait time increased, even the front end receptionist were trying to be transparent with patients about the wait time when they came in to be considerate of their time. I know they all had to be exhausted, but they were still showing up and giving the best care possible. Thank you Norton staff!

The re-model immediate care center is beautifully re-done with gray with black hardwood like floors. The outside is also updated as well. The wait time have improved to see the doctor because it is not as crowded. The doctor still do a good job figuring out your issue is and the whole process run smoothly. The restroom is located in the waiting area. Plenty of spaces to park, so you can't ask for more. This Preston location is open 24 hours a day.

I wish I would have got the name of the staff but it wasn't just one person who made this experience nothing less than 5 star. The team working past 2pm the day of Tuesday May 30th was AMAZING! I appreciate all the hard work and effort you guys put in. I called in and was told a 2 hour wait. Which is pretty high. Upon getting there there we're getting people in and out in a timely manner, and being so freaking nice to everyone that came and went. Upon me finally coming in and feeling like complete death they did nothing but try to make me smile and feel better telling me it will be better soon enough. I really appreciate everyone at this location and best believe if I get sick again I'm coming right back to you all! Thank you for your amazing work ethic! Keep being that A team!

Bunni was really helpful getting my daughter's insurance information that made it a lot easier being that we never really get sick. She was really sweet assuring us that my daughter would be seen that evening before they closed. Even helped out with telling us of the 24 hour pharmacy not too far away. Jeremy help us with triage and being gentle testing her for Covid and strep. What was supposed to be a 3 hour wait turned into being taken care of in less than 2 hours. Great experience overall.

Took my 2 year old today who has been having a fever, cough, vomit, etc clearly you can see he's not feeling well, took exactly 3 hours to be seen THREE HOURS waiting in a car, of course by hour 2.5 we left because he's hungry, he's not having the best time in the car, he wants to sleep and as soon as we get home they call us "we have a room for you" which probably means maybe 20-30 more minutes for us to wait to be seen. It's an injustice you play with the health of people like this. (Apparently they didn't have enough providers) instead of investing on parades and million dollars buildings they should take care of staff-provider-patient ratio.

Went to Norton because I had a severe headache. This was the least helpful and comforting experience I have ever received from a practice and doctor in my entire life! As soon as Dr. Sy came to speak to me, it felt like I was in a courthouse and not a care center. I was told almost immediately that she was not going to give me a doctors note. The thing is I hardly ever go to the doctor and had a little over five hours before I reported to work. I was met with a further statement in the nature of me thinking it would be fair to give me a week off for this? I said no.. I didn't ask for that. Do you think I would take my own time out late at night just to go to the doctors and pay hundreds of dollars to make something up? It's absolutely ridiculous to me, so I stormed out and my it made my headache worst than already was. By the way I have never been to a practice in all of my life other than this one time that refused to give a note! I could go to the dentist for a cleaning and on my way out they'd ask if I needed a note. I would go to my family doctor then and on my way out they would ask if I needed a note. I will definitely never return to this place in my entire life! Like literally you need to give at least four hours notice for my job, even with a note. Like she was expecting me to take a gamble and wake up in the morning and still feel horrible and have to go to work? I have to wear a helmet, and make calculated decisions in extreme heat since the forecast is expected to be in the 90s. A helmet will definitely make a headache worst! I'm done ranting. I just felt like a kind doctor, with a nice heart would tell me to take the day off, and drink plenty of fluids. They would also look at my medical history and realize that I hardly go to the doctor then make a consideration in which I stated. I stated that I understood if she refused to give a note if I came to the doctor extremely often. At the end of the day I would rather go to work than not be, and missing out on money, and then paying some more money for this experience. Once again, never returning!

I went this morning to be tested for Covid. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was so nice. They were fast in getting me back to a room. I would recommend Norton ICC to others.
