First, I’d like to say the work they did was very good and Collin was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible.
Unfortunately I would not recommend New Look to anyone, here’s why.
I had a roof replaced and insurance covered it. While they were here installing the roof they drove over my septic lines multiple times without even asking where they were.
Insurance sent two checks and both had to be endorsed by three parties including myself. By the time I got the checks and mailed them out the next day it took almost a month to get them back from the first company. I let Collin know I was sending it out to the second company and I was told to contact the office.
Brittany answered in the office and proceeded to threaten me telling me the owner will put a lien on my house if it’s not paid by next week and was pretty rude about it even after I explained that it was something out of my control. I had to drive 4 hours to get the checks endorsed to get it paid the next week instead of just overnighting them.
I don’t appreciate the threat or the rudeness and I was forthcoming with updates even when I wasn’t asked. I would not use this company if you have to mail out your insurance checks. God forbid the mail looses them you’ll end up with a lien on your property.

A hail storm in March caused damage to my homes roof, siding, gutters and downspouts. After experiencing a reroofing by the roofers from hell I thought it prudent to change contractors. Fortunately I contacted New Look Roofing. It was too late to rewind and have them do the roof but my entire house needed residing and all the gutters, downspouts as well as gutter guards needed replacing. Colin, Freddie and the entire siding and gutter crew worked diligently and skillfully to resheath my home and install James Harde siding, gutters etc. Colin touched base with me regularly to let me know the status of the project from when materials would be ordered to when work would begin. Freddie and the New Look crew were extremely professional. They worked daily from sun up to sundown to complete the project and when they left each evening they thoroughly cleaned the job site. I'm 78 years old and have seen my share of shoddy repair and remodeling work but I could not find any fault in the work done on my home. Do yourself a favor and contact New Look if you need a new roof,siding or any home repair. Avoid the roofers from hell.

After a recent storm we discovered a leak in our roof and called New Look Roofing. Their response was impressive. Colin came out quickly for an inspection. He found the leak after a total inspection. He scheduled the repair the following day. They fixed the issue in no time. Colin was knowledgeable and and very efficient. I highly recommend New Look Roofing for any repair or roofing needs.

Had a roof replaced, easy to work with, great clean up afterward. A year later, it still looks great and we decided to replace the gutters-once again a great job, friendly workers with good clean up afterwards. Another few months and we decided to add a downspout, it was done in one afternoon and looks great. Will work with again if needed!

Called New Look Roofing for a roof quote and Colin came out right away. Price was very competitive and included better quality shingles, ridge vents and extra protection in the valleys. We were so happy with the results that we had New Look also replace our old, tired vinyl siding with Hardie Planks and upsize our gutters too. Highly recommend Colin and New Look Roofing! Jim L.
