I had a new roof installed with New Look Roofing and it was a perfect experience. They were very professional and did an amazing job. I highly recommend doing business with them.

New Look completed all of the siding, roofing and deck repairs on my home following the tornado that hit Bullitt County in March 2026. Their workers were professional, cleaned up the site and made all necessary repairs.
My house looks better now than the day it was built thanks to New Look!
***New Look also previously completed a complex aluminum wrap job on the underside of my deck roof. The work was well done, professional and timely. I highly recommend New Look for anyone needing work of this nature completed as well!

Julian West and his team did a wonderful job putting my new gutters on! I went with the color he recommended and he was right…they are beautiful!! He told me they probably wouldn’t be able to get to them until next week and they showed up this morning almost a week early!! I’ve never had that happen before! It only took about 3 hours and the clean up after was perfect other than the new gutters you would never know a major job had taken place. I want to thank them for such care and attention to my property!! I couldn’t be happier with the end results (I had a couple of bird nests with babies and eggs in them and they even put them back in place 😊). I will be recommending them to anyone I know in need of the services they provide!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

I can’t say enough good things about my entire experience. Brandon Falkenberg came out promptly and gave me a no pressure estimate for a new roof, gutters and gutter guard. The price was extremely reasonable. The roof and gutters were installed quickly and look amazing!
I have to say we had a small leak around the chimney afterwards and Brandon responded immediately and sent someone out (on a Sunday night). The leak was fixed and they also had someone come out and replace the drywall and paint. No questions asked and they were happy to do it. Not many companies stand by their word like that!
I have sent 3 friends their way and will continue doing so. Amazing work and great customer service!
