John the service rep for the hot water heaters did an exceptional job in quoting me for a new water heater as well as following up with me in regards to questions I had about the service warranty, the equipment and schedule. A job well done!! Paul
New Circle did a fantastic job and came to my home on the same day I called. Even with a very busy schedule they worked me in. The estimate for repairs was given up front and was very reasonable. Sam was phenomenal and very courteous. We have used them for years and will continue in the future.
Called New circle this morning and they got me a maintenance appointment today. Sam came out to fix my washer. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Got my washer back up and running quickly.
