Visiting from out of town. I was looking to get my eyebrows threaded for my birthday. I read the reviews decided to give it a try. I like that they do walk-ins since Im not a regular. That didn't matter. Upon arrival I entered it was busy it was a Saturday, there in was a line of women waiting however you sign in that way they know who came before whom. I signed in told would be 20 mins they would text you. The info is requested at sign in. I went to ladies room returned had only waited about 10 mins. I came here to get my eyebrows threaded. There is usually no wait and it's very quiet and relaxing. Super satisfied with the final result. Staff is very patient considering I sometimes ask them to pause in between the threading. I'm most impressed of how they immediately sanitize the work area after every client. Also, if you become a member you can receive a discount.
Bita is great! Very patient & made suggestions best shape to keep thickness of my brows & still getting somewhat of an arch. Took time to show me my eyebrow to ensure I liked the thickness & shape before proceeding.
