My husband took my suit and 2 wool coats that I thrifted here instead of to Highlands on Friday, with a ouckup for Thirsday. Knowing their poor reputation, I went back Monday--the next day they were open-- to retrieve my items. The woman working there claimed nothing was ready and I told her I know, but I want my clothes back and am taking them elsewhere. She tried to bargain with me by offering progressively earlier pickups--first Wednesday, then Tuesday, then she said one of the three was ready amd tried re-bargaining a pickup date for the other two, and every time I repeated that I KNOW they aren't ready, I want them back, I am taking them elsewhere.

Customer service is awful! Took my 6-8 dresses to be cleaned. It was a week turn around time! They still smelled like sweat (gross, I know) but the whole reason of the cleaner! I’ve never had an issue anywhere else. She claimed she tried to clean them twice with no luck and then when I asked for her to do them again she said no. Then asked for a refund she then pretended she didn’t understand English! This cost me almost $200 for a service that wasn’t provided. I am livid and would tell anyone to avoid this place the extra $50 anywhere else would have been worth it!
