Mike was recommended by my realtor and he made sure my yard was mowed within the time frame needed for listing our house on the market. Well priced and quick to respond.

Owner has rigged the system to not be able to work it and said he won't show me how to use it because he would be out of business. I believe he has made it to where only he can operate it and charge me to come out and do so each time. Must be a jumper wire he is putting in somewhere to make it work because I've had 6 people look at it and it still won't work for them. Scam artist and terrible way of doing business. Tax fraud has been an issue before with this company also.

This is what the stone work around my tanning ledge and spa looks like less than a year after install by Mike Osbourn Lawncare. Having another contractor start over completely on the stonework due to extremely poor craftsmanship. This whole process was a nightmare. Website says this business is A+ rated with BBB but actually has F rating and is no longer accredited by BBB due to unresolved complaints.

We had a big pool project messed up by Mike. 1. Mike chose to hire workers that were cheaper than the original people he was supposed to hire for laying the concrete around our pool. The concrete was rough, metal pegs were sticking out of the coping. Not a safe place for kids to play. We had two different colors (coping and patio) and the colors were not separated at edges. The workers walked on the coping with concrete on their shoes from the other color of concrete. Concrete ended up on the pavers. Edges were not rounded. The slope was graded too high from the pool to the house (this was stated by 4 different concrete companies that put in pools), therefore water drainage was going back to the house. Cracked our driveway in multiple spots and said he would fix it, and never did. He did admit after the fact that he does not know how to put in concrete and said he would pay to get it replaced. The 2 companies that replaced the concrete would not accept payment from him because they did not trust he would pay them. We also had his workers that laid the concrete come up to my door asking for payment because Mike's check bounced to them. Four companies came out at looked at the concrete. One said it was too big of a mess up for his company to handle. The other 3 agreed that the concrete needed to be torn up and relayed. Two of the three companies were generous enough to work together to keep our cost down. 2. Did not clean up his dirt mess in the driveway, or the road. We did get notified from the HOA about dirt/mud getting tracked out of the neighborhood. 3. The black tube where the sump pump should go by the pool if there is ever a water issue, was kinked. This was found out from the 2nd concrete people. They did fix it. 4. Mike was supposed to set an underground drain on the side of the house, it has since twice overflowed so we added an external drain to keep water away from the house. We have asked him to fix this but he hasn't. We also contacted his front desk and spoke with them, let him a message and no response. 5. The diving board was put off center (3.5" off center- 80" to the left and 87" measurement to the right of diving board) and he said that he would give us 'some sod' to make up for that and 'call it a day.' His placement of the diving board did not meet code, and was 21inches too close to the pool than what it should be. His diving board placement was in the coping around the pool, he said it needed to be there because the edge of the diving board needed to be in the deepest part of the pool. When my husband dove in he was lucky enough that he had arm strength to push away from the slope. 6. Mike has avoided all contact, I have contacted him numerous times about settling up and getting our winter safety pool cover and he has not responded. He said that he was going to pay for the concrete replacement because he admitted it was his fault and he wanted to fix it, and never did. I have lost my trust in him and don't want others to make to mistake I did in hiring him.

4/01/2019 mike osborn lawn care agreed to take on a job that consisted of laying a large section of paver bricks and building two 10' 40" x 40" block and brick columns. after 3 attempts of laying paver bricks they are still not correct. his attempt at building the two columns was a disaster. he had no clue how to build the columns. no rebar no sludging of concrete with rebar to fill the pockets of blocks . he thought he could gravel in place of concrete to fill columns. if he thought this was capable of holding two grates that weight 325 pounds each wrong. a professional mason inspected one column standing did not meet code and asked to grade the column and no hesitation said "f". he and visited lee block and brick yo order additional material purchased 2 1.5 tons bags of sand 77 smoke blend 8" q/s brampton 616/cube bricks and 1 joiner m town 84 tool. he delivered to job site one bag of sand no bricks and no tool. he kept the other bag of sand and no tool no bricks. he started that truck could only hold one bag of sand wrong. checking with ship yard manager they loaded two bags. leaving lee's i saw there was two bags of sand on truck. he never returns phone calls or texts never on time for job just comes when he was to the customer waiting on job site he not there. he also has problem being truthful and takes materials that did not belong to him. i personally paid for the sand bricks and tool. he does not have a true mason or bricks layer just finds what every he can to do the and there not time also he is a veteran but in opinion a true veteran because you treated the two veterans the way he lying to about the work he could do. the funds for this job was supplied by the kentucky veterans program trust fund. my suggestion is be careful he is trouble and check other reviews my rating is 0.

Mike Osbourn Lawn Care was hired for a substantial amount of work on the yard. It was requested to have an outdoor kitchen, pond, fire pit, concrete poured and of course the shrubbery, mulch, flowers, ect. After receiving a quote, it was agreed to use this company. Not only did it take triple the quoted time but he went WAY over budget without any notice or explanation. After being extremely specific with what was wanted, not only did he not follow instructions, Mr. Osbourn's quality of work was terrible. The concrete slab is cracked, has footprints in it and is holding water in several places. The pond is falling apart, several of the plants he installed died within a month, and the fire pit has a 2 foot walkway around it. The walkway was requested to be 4 feet at least in order to fit chairs around it. Needless to say, the chairs are in the mulch due to his lack of diligence. The painted picture of what the yard would be was beautiful and the potential for it to be so is there. However, after the outrageous amount of money spent, it was ultimately a waste, as most of the work is being redone. Not only is the yard extremely disappointing, but his lack of professionalism is astounding. So many inappropriate and aggressive comments. Very unhappy with the service.

Not happy at all. He busted my sewer pipe. They did come fix it once I contacted him several times to do so. He left a hole in the front of my yard and told me he was going to come fix it when he came to finish the job I had already paid him to do. After contacting him several times he kept telling me he was going to come fix it. Several weeks later, nothing. He also tore up my backyard grinding up stumps against my fence. He then told me he would fix it for $750.00. Needless to say after he continued not to show up time and time again I told him to not bother. I would get someone else. If you do use him, do not pay him anything until the job has been completed because he will take your money and not show up to finish the job.
