pull into lot as best you can...then back up into the civilian parking lot , just a little bit , to re- adjust your angle to the dock ...there's a locked door by the docks with a door bell button , push it or bang on the door...there are helpful instructional print outs taped to the glass office door.

Really nice , very fast unload. Dock is tight especially while under construction. But its actually very easy if you go at it as a driverside , but keep turning the wheel ALL the way into a blindside. Once you see that trailer clear the wall in your bottom blindside mirror , pull up m, then walk it un.
