They were hosting a seminar for the over 40 practitioner with several black belts teaching (back in 2025), and it worked out that I was able to attend. The owner Chris was very kind, thoughtful, and hilarious. I'm a purple belt, and he spent some time showing me some techniques that he thought would work well for me and my body type. If I get the chance to train there again I definitely will!“
