I'm leaving 4 stars only due to the management of this company, locally. I had to have a deep clean redone after a disappointing 1st try and some scheduling issues on their part. I was hesitant to have I it redone due to the nature of the business and someone coming into my home. I didn't necessarily trust that policy. However, I was met with unbelievable grace on the part of management and the assurance I needed that it would be done well and up to the standards they represent on their website. Having to do it twice was a pain and I didn't find the 1st or 2nd cleaning team very amicable nor very efficient. I believe you must have a rapport with a anyone doing services at your home and I didn't get the impression that would ever happen. Therefore, I will look elsewhere next time. But I do commend the management and their customer service for quick responsiveness and eagerness to get the job done correctly

I'm in the process of selling my house and 2 ladies came in and were very thorough and very professional. They made it easy for me to focus on packing and clearing out my house while also restoring that beautiful shine we all know and love when buying a home. Thank you so much ❤️

Did a great job on floors and bathrooms in a newly remodeled home. The kitchen counter tops weren’t even wiped off. And cabinets were suppose to be wiped out and wasn’t done. Yiu told us it took 5 hours but the house is empty. No way it took that long for doing half the work that was suppose to be done.

MaidPro cleaned the common areas of our condo which has been neglected and was quite dirty. Micaela did a thorough job and the place felt clean and fresh.
