Couldn’t recommend this company any more.
They did an absolutely phenomenal job on replacing all 13 of my home windows. The crew that showed up (Jared, Damon, and Jerson) really showed excellent craftsmanship and did a perfect job on install. All three were very friendly and you get the impression they take great pride in performing their job at a high level. They unfortunately had to navigate around one cluttered room and had to move some things around to install the living room windows - they did so without batting an eye. This company uses in-house installers as well, not contracted out workers.

Collin who showed up and did the estimate was a very good salesman and was not pushy in the slightest. He was upfront and honest.

Lisa who handled scheduling communicated with me very well and I was never left wondering when or what time the crew was going to show up.

Our experience with Louisville Window Company was exceptional from initial presentation to completion of the project. The installation team of Jared, Jersson, Duncan, and Micha worked together well. They were prompt and courteous, and were meticulous throughout the project from installation to trim work. All the windows were given extensive insulation. They cleaned up the property before leaving each day. We were given detailed instructions on the workings of the windows. We highly recommend Louisville Window Company.
