I walkout of from my massages and feel like I have a new lease on life. My fiance has noticed much better posture (I'm short, so this matters!). I have also noticed I am much more limber, flexible, and more cognizant of my body! I am somewhat-relatively frugal, I can justify this weekly massage without hesitation. Doesn't hurt that they are so completely knowledgeable about the inner workings of the body! Can't recommend more!

Just had my first massage EVER with Elizabeth and cant say enough good things about it. I was really nervous going in and didnt know what to expect, Elizabeth made me feel so comfortable and like I was in the company of a good friend. I went in mostly for help with tight hips and lower back pain.. the massage was painful at certain points but I already feel a huge sense of relief and lifted pressure. I'll be returning for sure! :)

I've been working with Liz Brodfuehrer for a few years as my massage therapist. As a runner, I often find nagging tightness or muscle soreness. Any time this occurs, I know I can go to Liz to help me work out a lot of the muscle tension. She's not only great at what she does, but she's a great person. Plus, you often get to hang out with her dog Watson who loves all the pets while you're on the table! For any athlete, I can't recommend Liz any higher. She's great!
