Unprofessional with terrible communication. They are quick to make promises and apologize but do not implement the changes they say they will, so we gave them way too many chances to improve. No more showing up unannounced and lying about cleaning areas that weren't touched, we finally ended our services with them- I would look else where for cleaning.
