Whitney is the absolute sweetest person on this whole earth and the BEST IBE Master Stylist in Louisville, Ky! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with her warm and friendly smile. She listened attentively to my hair goals and offered valuable suggestions. Throughout the entire extension process, she made sure I was comfortable and informed about each step. The end result exceeded my expectations! I left the salon feeling confident and beautiful.
