I have now had Litsey come out to work on my HVAC three times, and their professionalism and general excellence always impress me. They always get us on the schedule quickly, and provide service that is efficient, friendly, and professional. While I’m renting at the moment, were I to buy a house I would make a point to use Litsey for HVAC maintenance and repair. Would give them 7 stars if I could.

Was on time. I arrived a little late, tried to call to let the guy know I was there no answer, because he was already working on the unit, even went above and beyond as to trim the bush around the the unit to prevent it from causing problems.

Joe was quick and efficient with assessing and fixing the problem. He also provided me with feedback for how to maintain my HVAC in the future. He was respectful of my home and took all responsibility for any cleanup that was needed.
