No overnight parking. You can get here 2hrs before your appointment. I got here at 4:15am for a 5:30am appointment. Its currently 5:08am and I paid my lumper and I have a green light. I just got my paperwork back. Unload time wasn’t bad at all.

I unloaded here starting at 7:06 a.m. and checked out at 8:20 a.m. The staff was welcoming, and to my surprise, Kroger impressed me with their efficiency. Check-in at the guard check was immediate, and they placed me in the staging area to wait. Within about 10–15 minutes, I was given a door. When I got to the door, they took my paperwork, unloaded quickly, confirmed my details, and after I paid the lumper fee—within roughly 5 minutes—they returned my documents. Great job—really efficient team!
The catch is that nearby truck stops, like Pilot, are often full, so if possible, it’s better to arrive early to secure a spot.
