Krista is remarkable. I scheduled last minute because I threw my back out and was having issues even walking. Within 10 minutes of looking at my posture she was able to figure what to work on and where I needed the most help. She was super informative and always checking in to make sure I was okay. By the time we were done, I felt much better and had a few more resources to take care of myself a little better.

I am consistently delighted by the variety of skillful techniques that Krista uses. I appreciate her commitment to continuing education in body work. She learns new modes and brings her experience to my time in her studio. I'm impressed at her knowledge of the connectedness of the body and how she translates her knowledge into healing body work. Krista is remarkably intuitive, identifying some of my physical challenges/limitations almost immediately upon arriving. She tailors her sessions to the needs of each individual body and utilizes multiple modalities for optimal benefit. My session included Thai massage, cupping, and sound healing among other things. I left feeling incredibly refreshed, aligned, and lighter. Definitely will return!
