Had used KLM previously and decided to call them when my central air stopped working. Josh, the technician, diagnosed the problem and was very thorough in his repairs. I really appreciate his honesty and feel certain a lot of their competitors would have told me I needed a new condenser, as it is an older unit. I highly recommend them based on the experience I’ve had with them!

Great service is the hallmark of any great company. I received that when a 17 year old geothermal unit bit the dust a few days ago. With temps approaching 100 degrees, it was no easy task. KLM came prepared and provided quick service to a dire situation. The product selection was also convenient and has better efficency than the old geothermal system, keeping our dollars going farther. Great price, great service and a great reputation for quality. I am now a very pleased commercial and residential KLM Mechanical Services customer. Gary O.

I called for after hours service on my A/C. The technician arrived in less than 1 hour and he had my air working again within the initial after hours rate window. He was very straight forward and told me that this was only a "bandaid" and what I needed to do to get it working again at 100% but that he wouldn't do it at the higher service rates. I am definitely going to call back during normal hours to get all necessary repairs done.
