After having the same stylist (and friend) for over 20 years, I needed to find a new stylist to cut my hair. I'd gone 8 months! My naturally thick hair was becoming hard to manage and the dead ends were real from using the flat iron.Yelpers led me to Lindsey at Kitsch Salon. Her site provided easy access to view and schedule appointments and I received several reminders. The studio is inside Sola Salons - I had no idea these housed individual stylists! When it was time for my appointment, she opened the door to get me and I walked into an amazing room with bright colors, plants, disco balls and a Dolly wall. Lindsey took a minute to understand my hair, how I cared for it and what I wanted to accomplish with my visit. She 100% delivered and I enjoyed my time chatting with her. My all-time favorite hair stylist, Lindsey Couch, has a new salon. And I couldn't be more excited for her! I visited Kitsch Salon, inside Sola Salon, for the first time this week. As usual, my hair came out FABULOUS, and I had a great time getting to connect with Lindsey. I first met Lindsey seven or eight years ago when she worked for Focus Salon. I had been on the search for a stylist who could color my hair purple after striking out at other salons. Lindsey was so talented and so fun. My hair was a beautiful plum, and I couldn't have been happier. Fast forward a few years, and Lindsey styled my hair for my wedding, even making a purple hair clip-in for me. Now, several years after that and now back to brown hair full-time, I still see Lindsey. And I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.Her new space is a splash of color and fun, with disco balls hanging from the ceiling, bright neon, a rainbow painted across the walls and Spongebob figurines hidden around the room. This fun attitude and creativity plus talent as a stylist (she's a Paul Mitchell educator and was featured as a 2020 Face of Sola Salon) makes her a dynamo with a scissors. Lindsey is the best! I've followed her for years and trust her totally. She is attentive, has great suggestions and most importantly, knows her craft. You have her total focus, no other clients, no phone calls, 100% of her attention. She made a house call when I was unable to go to her. Special person, great stylist.
