Excellent repair to my boots, done quickly and economically. I and my boots were caught in a deluge, and soaked. The heels already were worn and needed replacement, but the soaking further damaged the heels, and the damage crept up into the actual soles above the heels. I feared the boots were beyond repair. King's worked on the soles and heels, and now they look like new. The price was very reasonable, and they work quickly. Friendly, polite service. I walked in to collect my boots, and the man remembered us and remembered which items were mine. While we were there, we checked out the shoes for sale. The men's selection is particularly good. My friend is going to bring her husband and son to King's, so they can get good shoes at a good price. Very pleased I went to King's. 10/10 would recommend.

The work done on my boots looks great. And the new soles look better than the originals. But there are 2 items I was not happy with.1 he made me pay before the work was done. I did not see a sign or notice to pre-pay displayed. And I have never pre paid for a service before its done. So I felt this to be odd. And no one else in the reviews mentioned this so I feel it was an isolated incident ?.2 there is no guarantee for the work done. He just told me about how much experience he has and that they would last very long, as long as I didn't wear them every day ? ?.

Really incredible job. Bill did a resole job on a very, VERY banged up pair of Luchese roper boots. They'd been worn on an active ranch, and abused like no other.After Bill did his magic, they look (and feel) incredible, and for a very reasonable price.Not to mention, he had it done two days before Christmas! Fantastic, cannot recommend Kings enough.

My husband's has a medical abnormality whereby his feet keep growing wider until the VA no longer has shoes that fit him. No one else does either. He was sent to Kings' where they molded his feet and are making him shoes from scratch. What nice folks they were there. We had delightful conversations with them and got help out to the car in his wheelchair. They told us the shoes would be ready in 9 weeks.

Just called to ASK if they could service “Jordan shoes because the sole is coming off” as I’m asking my question . I’m assuming the owner based off the other reviews completely cut me off and was just RUDE. Did not even give me the time of day to finish my sentence. Just pure sarcasm and unprofessional. I’ve never left a single review but this one triggered me. I hung up the phone as soon as he cut me off. Horrible Customer Service.

The sole on my favorite boots was paper thin. But now their definitely made for walking. The skill level is amazing. The price blew me away, so economical.

I had a beloved pair of Clark’s boots. The soles were nearly worn through and they had also gotten a bit painful to wear. But I wasn’t ready to part with them. I brought them in to get resoled and when I told the handler about the pinch I had recently felt in the toe he said he could take a look at that too. He asked some questions and that was that. I came back a week later and I’ll be damned if they didn’t look and feel brand new! They have a great selection of second hand shoes for sale also, like the expensive brands. This will probably be my first stop when I buy a new pair of sneakers too.Thanks guys.
