Vivian did a great job! I really liked that you get stones, foot massage, and a short face massage included in the price. I wish the walls were a little thicker, but they can't really help that. Great experience!

Lady finished My massage and when I asked, could I receive a receipt if I pay cash she did not understand me. She didn’t speak good English so we used our iPhones to Translate so we could understand each other we got that problem solved. I paid with cards so I can receive a receipt and I never tip with my card. I always tip by cash. I handed her $10 and she looked at me and said 20%. 20% of my service was more money, but you should be happy to receive a tip because tips are earned for good service. And i didn’t know they ask you for a percentage. I thought that was really tacky and unprofessional. And it was loud tv ppl and a mix of relaxing music

I scheduled a 2-hour massage this weekend. Even though I arrived 10 minutes early the session started 10 minutes late and then there's no one at the front desk so my therapist had to go answer the door every time someone came in and I lost at least another 5 minutes. The therapist finished the session at the scheduled time and I was told she could not go over because there was another appointment already scheduled. Left feeling completely deprived of service as well as cheated from the at least 15 minutes I paid for but did not receive.
