I had a leak with the kitchen faucet and called my warranty company and within the week, had an appointment for the plumber to come out the following week to get it looked over. I paid the initial $65 service call fee and signed for him to get the new kitchen faucet. However, when the next week came, my warranty company quoted me it would be $30 more then when the plumber came to finish installing the new faucet, in the end, it would cost $60. I was livid and told by my warranty company and they said it was an extra NOT covered by the warranty. I recently had my water heater replaced by Jefferson Plumbing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Rodney Alexander was the technician assigned to the job, and he was fantastic from start to finish.
