Had a wonderful experience with them when a hot water heater was replaced. It was a tough job getting a 75-gallon fixture down steep basement steps and the guy did it by himself. The work was completed perfectly and at a cost that very reasonable based on other estimates.
My home warranty, Choice, recommened Jefferson plumbing and HVAC after my water bill doubled. I was a little apprehensive about having them come out with so many negative reviews that I read. My dealings with them was great. The lady in the office was very friendly when I spoke to her. Mark was sent out to to see if he could detect my problem, which I thought might be my toilet. Mark confirmed that this was my problem. Corrected it, and also checked my other toilet; which he also fixed. I would greatly recommend Jefferson Plumbing and HVAC.

Such a wonderful experience! We were nervous when our warranty company paired us and we looked at some reviews. But our experience was quick, seamless, and couldn’t have been easier. Rodney Alexander was the technician who installed our new system and he was great. He took the time to explain the new system and its operation. I would 100% use Jefferson Plumbing in the future!
