Jeff Home Improvements just completed the replacement of our roof due to hail damage. The workers arrived on time, were pleasant and efficient. I would recommend them highly. What could have been an awful experience was actually pleasant.
They have great customer service and great response time. They came and did a great job on my gutters and left no mess. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again.
First I want to say, they scheduled me 2 weeks out and I explained my situation, trying to close on mortgage etc and the sooner the better and this was on Monday I believe, they installed my new roof that following Thursday. Closing is about to be scheduled for the following Monday thanks to them. Besides them acknowledging my urgency, I drove into my driveway at about 4pm and they were done and long gone. Besides a new beautiful roof, couldn’t tell nobody was on my property over half the day. So a big thank you out to your hard working guys and I greatly appreciate it. When it’s time, I’m hoping they’ll do my siding, lol.
