Jeff is great! He is thorough and will explain and assist the residents to help with pest control. He always comes in the office and will let me know how the day went and any issues as well as tips for me to give our residents. Very hands on and has been a game changer in our pest control!
Adam is an absolute life-saver. My wife and I were in the middle of a move a few Saturdays ago when the movers we hired stopped and told us they found evidence of bed bugs on 2 of our mattresses, and said they had to unload what had been packed on the truck and couldn't return until the house was treated by a professional exterminator. The contract for the sale of our house dictated that we needed to be moved out by the end of the next day (Sunday) so we were in shambles trying to find someone to come treat our house on a weekend so that we could cram 2 days of moving into 1 or even half in order to be out on time.
