Although Tyler and his team did a decent job, they recommended Doddridge Property Solutions (who they work with all the time apparently) And we had the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I think this definitely reflects on Independent Restoration Services. Doddridge did so many things incorrectly. Including installing the tub wrong (it came apart at the seams 2 months later), they broke the drawer of the brand new vanity we bought, and said they would come back within a week or 2 to fix these, and (many) other issues. It has been 3 months and they have not come out. Now they just don't respond to my texts and phone calls. For this reason, I would not recommend either of these companies.
