Home Instead did a solid job with in-home companion care for my mom for about two years. Office staff was pleasant, and if someone didn’t show up, the office sent a replacement. We had a regular caregiver during the week who worked 8 hours a day. Weekends were harder getting someone regular to work, but we eventually landed a caregiver who was a gem. Overall, Home Instead seems well managed. It also has a large network of caregivers; that’s what you want because it means replacements are easier to find when someone doesn’t show for work. In general, Home Instead Senior Care is fully committed to providing quality experiences for its clients! Most of the caregivers that have worked with my grandparents have been very kind, courteous, hard-working, and attentive. There have been a few exceptions, however, in that there have been a select few caretakers who have lacked compassion and have not worked diligently to provide the best care possible. Overall, though, I have been very pleased with the quality of Home Instead Senior Care and the friendliness and helpfulness of its employees, both the caretakers and the office staff/administration.

This is a great place to work for I enjoy my fellow employees I love working with my clients and watching them grow on a daily basis the smiles on their faces are what truly makes everything worth doing.We have some of the most giving and loving caregivers I have ever met they are so compassionate about what they do it's just amazing to me each day is a new experience for me and I look forward to each one !
