we bought this house back in 2018 and the inspector said the hvac was fine, so we never really thought about it. but recently my allergies have been pretty bad. just waking up every morning with a scratchy throat. i was blaming the pollen outside, but it didn't get better when i stayed indoors. i booked a deep clean with these guys to see if it would help. they backed their truck into the driveway and ran this massive hose through the front door. it felt a little chaotic having all these hoses running down the hallway, and i had to keep the dogs in the backyard so they wouldn't trip over everything. they hooked the vacuum system up to the main furnace in the basement. when they started running the agitator whip down the individual room vents, it sounded like someone was hitting the walls with a rubber hose. it was loud. the tech showed me the clear viewing tube attached to their vacuum while it was running. there was construction sawdust, a few dead bugs, and just clumps of grey dust flying through the tube. it was gross but honestly kind of satisfying to watch. my allergies actually calmed down a few days after they left.
I have dealt with two companies (and only two) that I trust completely. Now there are three. I will be having.HITEC Do my duct cleaning in the near future. It’s nice to have the A-Team! Service, communication, And results were all A+!
