I’ve been a long time customer of Highland Cleaners and was so sad when I moved to a different area of town because there wasn’t a location close by. Once I learned they offered free pick up and drop off service I immediately signed up. Kim is our driver and she goes above and beyond! Erica manages our account and she also has been great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with their continued service!

So far so good. Brooklyn even offered to take my clothes to the car while I had my hands full with my daughter. I originally took about 15 shirts and 4 pants to their neighbor, Dry Clean America, because a pen exploded in the dryer (fail). They wouldn't touch them because it was too tedious. This isn't a knock at them, but I did take them to Highland next and Dawn expressed what the process would be to try and get the best result sharing that it would not get everything. Many of my shirts came out spotless, many lost a majority of spots. Overall I was pleased given I thought I lost a wardrobe for work.

The helpful, patient and friendly gal suggested a green multiuse garment/laundry bag for merely five bucks. She went so far as to say how people typically use the bag for getting garments home. In the process she earned a sale in two days when picking up my shirts.
