Super impressed with this company, its associates, management (Lake Forest location), and their owner. My wife & I are new in town and an issue arose with one of my dress shirts after being cleaned. Additionally, the recent (uncharacteristically heavy) snow led to local businesses shutting down (including Highland) and dry cleaning delays.
Store management make sure the issue with my shirt was resolved at no extra charge, and the owner reached out to me personally to make sure I received my dry cleaning in time for work travel tomorrow. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

This place has had my back on short notice for the last 3 years. As a professional procrastinator, I tend to wait till the last minute to get my suit dry cleaned. I visited several dry cleaning places 3 years ago. Everyone kept telling me it would be 4 to 5 days almost a week to get back my suit. I stopped by this place and got lucky and I have been grateful ever since. They do a great job taking care of me!
